I went to Holy Name Hospital on Tuesday 5/23/17 To Get a Stress Test Done . Everyone Made Me Feel So comfortable From The Front Desk receptionist to the Patient Care technician , Nurses & Doctors . They all took Excellent care of me . I walked in all nervous I left Good & calm . What else could I say they are Great 👍🏽!! Thank You To All Who Took Care Of Me On Tuesday (5/23/17) In The Stress Test department .

I don't spend time in hospitals often, but my pre-op experience here went smoothly. My appointment was at 5:30 and I arrived at 4:45. Almost immediately after checking in I was brought to the admissions desk and was released to the waiting room again where less than 10 minutes passed before I was brought in to get my labs (blood) done. The nurse had perfect aim as I incurred no bruising and the tiniest drop of blood was on the gauze when i took the bandage off later in the evening. I went to holy name with a sore throat and hives. I was prescribed a few antihistamines. No further testing was done. I had a nurse at work check me out because I'm still not well and she informed me I should have been given a strep test. I call holy name to tell them none of this was done and I paid a $100 co payment, their response was that I should follow up with my primary. Completely unacceptable, proper testing should have been done while I was there. I should not have to pay again to see my doc to get testing done tha... read more
A great hospital with awesome nurses, doctors and staff. I am always treated well here. The only thing that sucks is the parking situation and the costs.
