I began buying tea from Holy Mountain back where there was no web commerce. I called an 800- number and placed my order. I found that the owners, who dealt with me personally from my first phone call, were professional and efficient. Now, decades later, I consider myself Holy Mountain's biggest fan and recommend it whenever I get an opportunity.

I used to order from a small shop out of Northampton MA, but when the owner decided to retire he took the time to recommend other tea distributors that he trusted and Holy Mountain was on that list and so here I am. I've now been ordering quality tea from Leon for about the last ten years and I have never been disappointed.

I have been ordering tea from this company for several years. I have found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Orders are filled and shipped within a day or so, and usually arrive on my doorstep within 2 to 3 days. I give Holy Mountain five stars!!!!

I'm not sure this company is in business anymore, and they should probably take their website down. I placed an order online and got an automated email to confirm it, but then no status updates. I called several times and left voicemails with weeks in between to ask for a status and never got a response.

Although I’ve been a returning customer for many years now I will no longer be buying from them anymore. Horrible customer service. I just keep getting ignored by them and the last time I ordered from them I never received my order. They don’t provide trackers even upon request. There are plenty of other tea purveyors that offer so much more than holy mountain does and I suggest you look elsewhere. Do not shop here.
