Main Trail closed till further notice amazing its july and creek still in full fliw shaded cooler place to hike stay safe waterproof shoes flies so bug repellent must lots of picnic spots please no trash left behind !!
Great hike- but closed June 10 - Sep 30th 2024 for maintenance. Hike from nearest parking to trail head is 4.5 miles total with a good amount of shade, so still a nice walk with creek crossing. If you are bringing your dog, make sure they have had their flea/tick meds because there are ticks that will hitch hike. We brought some home with us last week. Pulled two off of one dog, found two more dead in the house a few days later. Eeeew.
