The road is closed from the very beginning of the dirt turn off. The lock box is coded for whatever private events may need access. I used to hike the trails here all the time but now it’s locked up with no explanation and no reasonable access alternatives. Pretty cool that a public road can become a private access area like that. 👎🏻
