The booking process with Ryan was professional, friendly, and very “human,” and I say that because other moving companies I had talked to felt very corporate and cold. He had to make some extra calls to see if they could accommodate my last minute needs and they made it happen! The move with Warren and Isaac was very prompt and also professional & friendly. They worked well together and made lugging large items up a spiral staircase look easy. Very well mannered, too. Thank you, HG team!!
Mika and Warren were really incredible to work with - they were really kind and understanding while moving our grandparents.
