RecommendedI was so overwhelmed when I brought BeBéBoo to Dr Martinez. My anxiety eased when I saw VetTech Angie. Dr Martinez was wonderful with my precious fur. She addressed all my concerns conservatively. She explained everything and didn't let me leave until I felt comfortable with what was going on with my baby. I totally recommend Dr Martinez. Great and caring staff. Very caring with my baby.
I love how friendly and caring the staff is. Whenever I call about a question or concern the staff is always so sweet and patient. I also love how kind Dr. Martinez is with my Minature Schnauzer Marley. Dr. Martinez is very thorough and explains in detail my pets needs. I would highly recommend Family Pet Care❤️
So lucky to have found Dr. Martinez and her practice. She and her team have given us such good service, advice, and support with our 3 dogs and 2 cats. I kinda want to keep her as our little secret but have to share how welcoming and loving our experiences have been. Highly recommend.
I love Holy Family! They are kind and competent people who give great service and take care of my dogs like they were their own. They always remember my dog and even what’s going on with his humans. My little dog has Addisons Disease and they have helped us manage it and even help us when he has emergencies. I recommend them to anyone asking for good dog care.
We got our first dog Ranger. He was born with an eyelid issue that caused his eyelashes to rub his eye all the time. She was able to do corrective surgery on him and completely fix it! Ranger loves Dr. Martinez and the staff! They spoil him and tolerate his craziness. Dr. Martinez also gave us valuable tips for us first-time dog parents. She answered all the questions. Ranger so far has always been excited to go to the vet!
After my big chocolate lovey labrador Gunner was diagnosed with mast cell I was on a mission to save him. I have had him under the care of a few other veterinarians here in El Paso, and I can honestly say Dr.Martinez is not only the best vet I have had the pleasure of speaking with (my husband takes our boy to all of his visits lol) but her and her staff are absolutely BEAUTIFUL souls!!!! Staff is super friendly and very caring. They are compassionate. When I lost my Roxie they came to my home to retrieve her. When I picked up her ashes, I was given a card signed by the doctor and staff with nice messages. They have continued to look after my other dog with the same 100% love and care.
