The receptionists in the admission and registation office dont know how to use their new computer software. I came here when there was no other people waiting and they spent over an hour all huddled together unable to even check me in for a simple procedure. When i asked how long it would take they blew me off and said it would take a long time and refused to give me back my insurance card back when i had to leave because they hadnt even been able to figure out how enter the information from my insurance into the computer af... read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU TRULY LOVE THEM. They're so detached from the individual care of their patients, my mother was there for 59 days and when she left she was in worse condition than when she arrived, and thank God she left whwn she did, because she had several infections that weren't diagnosed let alone treated amongst other issues. We hung a silver humming bird in my moms room that mysteriously couldn't be located in her possessions. All they will do is make sure patient are rotated avoid the obvious bee... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My boyfriend was recommended by a doctor to go here. He went here to get a potentially cancerous lump on his neck looked at and went in to setup an appointment, gave insurance and setup a profile with them, then was told that they can’t help him!! He was told that he would need an ultrasound but they wouldn’t give it to him even though that was the whole reason why he was there.
