Not only did i have to take off of work for my appointment, but after racing across town to arrive a couple minutes late, I was told I had to reschedule!! The lobby had one other family and it did not appear busy, but they couldn't accommodate me. I was 4-5 minutes late, not like 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!
Dr. Farris is polite, competent and works with his patients so well!!! He compared my lab results from the previous appointment to my results at present. Very compassionate doctor!

Prior to exam, no directions were given that there would be temporary 6 HOUR vision impairment. Was not told to bring a driver, stranded for 6 hours till vision was restored. Neglectful communication between VA, patient & practice.
