This place is so unorganized and completely unprofessional. I provided my insurance well before my appointment with one of my children. They waited until I physically came in to tell me they did not take my insurance and tried to offer me to be self pay. I said no I will NOT be self pay and will go somewhere my insurance is accepted. So let alone they made me come all the way in person just to tell me my insurance isnt accepted, but they also KEPT my other sons appointments and tried to charge me a $50 no show fee for the ap... read more
Wonderful caring visit!
We just had our first visit at Holy Family with Dr. Keenan and I was very impressed. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. I was able to fill out all of the necessary forms before we arrived. The waiting room was clean and kid friendly. Dr. Keenan was great with connecting and giving us recommendations and things to keep in mind. One big thing to note: if you bring up additional concerns during your visit, there can be extra charges.
