Dr Al-Shaibani is lovely, as are all the ladies who work at the front desk. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, even with an appointment, if they are running behind. But they are all helpful, patient and kind.
Seems good appointments are timely
I'm disgusted by the way I was treated here, the doctor did not take any of my concerns seriously and literally told me to use Google to find the answer to some of my questions. When I called to complain the doctor told me I wasn’t a normal person and I was complaining the wrong way… On top of this we recently found out they dismissed my husbands blood test results and allowed his condition to progress to full blown pancreatitis and he almost lost his life. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re looking for good medical care.
Very friendly caring staff. Dr J Rizk is absolutely the best knowledgeable Dr. Patient, caring and provides excellent patient care
