I love HC, and I loathe to give them a poor review, but in this case, this location did not meet my expectations. The good: no wait, friendly staff. The bad: rushed off-the-cuff diagnosis. Clinical notes from the PA are a mediocre work of fiction that do not match clinical notes from the LPN, who got it right. The LPN says my symptoms began in the morning (I was there 3pm), the PA says 24-30 hours? The addendant is very rude and after reading the other comments, I'm sure it's the same lady. Unfortunately this entire review is based on my interaction with the receptionist. Attitude from the beginning. The rest of the staff I have to say were actually very nice and went out of there way to attend to my injury.

Most helpful urgent care I've been to. Edit: Went back again for the same issue 4 months later and M. Cohen was extremely helpful again. You can tell that she cares about her patients and takes your issues seriously. She helped a lot more than my primary physician and took the time to listen to the issues that I'm experiencing. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in the area.
