Wow! It has been a long time since I have felt this cared for at a medical office.
If you need an urgent care location, highly recommend. Had a severe swelling of the knee and they meet me at the front door with a wheel chair. The wait was only a few mins. And Marlene and Dr. Rafael were truly amazing. They took the injury serious why keeping it light to take your mind off the situation. Strong communication on what was needed, next steps and really gave you a feeling they cared a great deal about your health and approached each step with that passion. Patients beware. The PA and the service received was great, however they are not part of the Holy Cross network. I asked them if they accepted Blue Cross when I arrived and they said they did. Blue Cross says this facility/location is out of network. When I inquired about it in September they said they were working on fixing the problem with blue cross as they were newly opened.
