This was a weird experience. I had to wait months in order to get in and i had to book all of my sessions up front and commit to them before hand. Then when the time came, I showed up to my first appointment. My therapist (Who I think is the head person there) Asked me if I had seen any other therapist. Started pelvic therapy a couple weeks ago, and I was an awful pain for years basically. I started seeing Kierra weekly, and she has helped me tremendously!! Before I wasn’t able to run, do physical exercise even jumping would cause me so much pain. Now, a totally different lifestyle I can do physical activities, exercise, and can even jump! I know what is supposed to feel right and what modifications to do for my body to not have the pain anymore. I cannot thank Kierra enough for all the help and advice she has given!

Had a great experience! I went to Holy Cross Pelvic Floor Rehab after having a baby and I highly recommend Beth—she is personable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. Her passion for what she does is clear. Terry has also been wonderful and worked hard to get my appointments scheduled, always following up when she says she will. Great experience overall!
