Made an appointment to see Dr. Fernando Manalac, as i have done for the years I’ve been with him. Recent hospital policy requires a prior authorization be received for my health insurance plan. I have a broken foot and needed to make appointment with surgeon. the number which gave me from Holy Cross emergency to make a appointment , nobody answered. Of course the company Holy Cross even in emergency not better, I'll write my review about them too . But first about institute . I called to make an appointment for a hand surgeon. I called four times got four different people and over and over again they said Dr. Delgado is a hand surgeon. Well turns out he is not a hand surgeon. Dr. Delgado referred me to another doctor in Boca Raton I felt completely misled and I wanted a refund of my $75 which was my co-pay for my appointment.
