Great doctors, front desk is the problem. Richard is so rude and dismissive. I have never gone in there and had a pleasant experience. He needs to be fired.
Too much emphasis on religion, two little emphasis and patient care
The doctors and office staff are wonderful. They're easy to deal with. The parking is great, too.
I want to begin by acknowledging the excellent care provided by the doctors. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise, which I greatly appreciate. I started by seeing Dr. Gioia who has zero bedside manner and doesn't listen or do anything. I then switched to Michael DeFabrizio the np and still feel like he doesn't really listen or care nor does he respond to calls or messages on my chart much. I have left several messages the past two days due to getting sicker and he hasn't even bothered to call me
