A demeaning, unkind experience with the nurses. I will never go back to this hospital again. Nor will my spouse who was there with me, watching in disbelief, and who was also treated badly when he spoke up for me.
Our doctor is an employee of Holy Cross. People don't realize Holy Cross doctor offices are often employed by the hospital. In our case I have pneumonia and feel horrendous. My doctor has yet to get the prescription called in - after 4 days - I went to the hospital to complain and potentially be admitted --- but to see the people who take the complaint, I had to have an appointment. I must say that Dr. Kosches is a great doctor and very professional and very cordial. However, his staff especially Lorna is the most disrespectful and rude on the phone I have never been treated so badly by anyone in the medical field she is hostile and very ag aggressive and unprofessional when she answers the phone, she is very short and dismissive and patronizing when she answers the phone. Holy Cross accepted partial payments from me for my co pay balance, meanwhile (AT THE SAME TIME THEY TURNED IT INTO COLLECTION) Not only that the balance they claimed I owed them was questionable.
Doctor Leon (Leon something) horrible doctor, terrible attitude and extremely disrespectful. Made my family member feel horrible and discriminated. Stay away from his doctor if you care for your loved ones.

Worst office staff ever. I've tolerated their rudeness and clique atmosphere for 8 years. They have no idea what courtesy or "customer service" means. Not worth dealing with. This Dr. has no clue how to run his business, it starts at the front desk.
