Rude and Dismissive Staff, will not return. Ignorance compounded by arrogance. Automated chat bots show more human inelegance than the staff.
We love our doctor but the office staff is condescending, dismissive, rude, argumentative. No matter how good the doctor is, I cannot imagine how people can get decent medical care when the people processing the patients, assisting with prescriptions/referrals, supposedly taking messages for the doctor, scheduling patients are so unbelievably unprofessional, snarky and mean. They do not care about anyone and certainly don't care if you are sick.

Went to see Dr. Mastrole for the first time on 7/13/2020 at the HCMG Gallagher Adult. Horrible, you have to sit and wait 45 minutes to an hour after your appt. time. They forgot to me my prescription printouts because I had to take them to the cheapest pharmacy so I needed the printouts. Had to go back the next day to get them I was told they would be at the front desk, they were not, I had to wait a half hour for printout, they were short one printout had to wait another 10 minutes and the nurse has a bad attitude with m... read more
