I had heart failure Dr El-Bialy cardiologist took care of me and I am nothing but grateful for his expertise And also I want to thank the nurses in ICU and the other nurses were like angels to me The 10 days that I spent hospitalized Everyday nurses were all great knowledgeable Sweet and caring I’ve never been hospitalized in my 59 years And nurses made me feel better than at home God bless them
Often here for a little over a hour and they charge $10.00 for parking. Absolutely ridiculous since I come here often with my grandma. $10.00 parking at a hospital is ridiculous.
My mother was unfortunately hospitalized at Holy Cross twice in the last 6 months. Both times, we were amazed at the quality of the care she received by EVERYONE. This is a special place for sure. I will be the first to admit the building looks dated and questionable from the outside. But what really matters is the people inside. The staff makes this hospital a truly caring and high quality healthcare facility. The receptionists in room 160 are either blind or incompetent. I would not recommend coming here even if my life depended on it. Quite literally go anywhere else.
My experience with the nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, and the rest of the staff here have been absolutely exceptional! They truly care, I didn't feel rushed out, and they want to make sure that they try to alleviate any underlying causes for your visit are well managed before they even think of discharging you!
