I didn’t feel I was listened to at all. The emergency room doctor prescribed me the medications I told him didn’t work for me… ?????? I just told you I’m in pain and these pills didn’t work, why are you still prescribing it?? Then didn’t find the cause from my pain, I’m not making this up for my health. What the hell.

The staff is incredibly caring and professional. After waiting at another ER for 7 hours without being seen I left and came to Holy Cross. Within a short few hours I was evaluated, treated and discharged. I also wasn't made to sit in an uncomfortable waiting room, I was brought to another area with recliners and given a blanket so I could rest while I waited. 100% would recommend this place to anyone nearby.
