Nope. Don't do it. Don't go there. The waiting room is like a warzone. There's no privacy in triage. You literally hear everything everyone is coming in for. Bugs on the floor. Staff is hit or miss. The overflow is ridiculous. There was no order in how the chairs were given out. Dr is only gonna spend 3 minutes with you.
Went at 10:30pm Thursday came back at 5:26am Friday ruined our sleep schedule nurses no good finally very nice Dr Rameriz came and help us very well 5 star for him
Go anywhere else but here they are apparently doing renovations and cannot give updates on patients and the charge nurse hangs up on you when asking about your fathers condition when arriving by ambulance. He can’t have family there so who know what’s happening maybe just left on a gurney somewhere forgot about! Very unprofessional and rude. They say their medicine and patient care is good but if you cannot get basic communication correct how can you get medicine correct????
Today was a very scary day for our family because our baby had a severe allergic reaction and we had to rush to the emergency room at Holy Cross Hospital. Although we were unlucky to experience this emergency, we were incredibly lucky to meet such amazing medical staff. Doctor is very good. Especially nurses John and Shuri were exceptionally professional, compassionate, and caring. The care from the medical team at the ER was fine and correct. But I want to complain about their billing department focal point. She came in just after the nurse had stuck me with long needle measuring about 2 inches. This woman from billing asked me many intrusive questions, non billing related questions like my religion that I felt I was obliged and pressured to answer while sick.
