Admitted February 18th in the evening. Came to hospital ER with abdominal pain. From the intake to discharge was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness and attentiveness of all staff at HCH. At every level 5 stars. The ER nurse from the first evening even stopped by my room a day later to see how I was and if anything was needed. A personal touch. As a community we should be proud having this facility to provide excellent care for the residents of Santa Cruz County. Thank you.
This rating is for Holy Cross Rehab services on Bell Rd. I have to say, what a great rehab facility! I broke my hip in early Dec of 25 and in Jan I began physical therapy. I sincerely believe that my current status of walking without a cane was because of the great care I received from primarily Brian, Yuri and Caroline. You have a great team of therapists, equipment, private rooms and office personnel at this facility. I give them a 10 rating! Hit or miss with the care here. Mostly miss. If you need serious professional help drive up to Tucson (if you can) They’ll miss or simply neglect basic test. Like a CT scan for a patient who had a seizure and hit his head on the concrete. Patient had a fractured skull that Holy Cross missed and advised to just “ice it”.
I had an opportunity to visit the Surgery Department of Holy Cross Hospital. I am very impressed with their service. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It is nice to have this type of services available here in our community so that we don’t have to go an hour away to Tucson.
