im not one to leave bad reviews, but this hospital has insanely bad service, and so much malpractice to their patients. nurses and Drs don't know what they’re doing. Dr.Benjamin Rud discharged my brother giving him only an ice pack during the visit and sent him home with medication for nausea after he suffered a seizure and hit his head on the concrete. he wrote on his clinical notes “has a small contusion” and they did not do any ct scans or other test. What a ripoff organization. Went in to get an xray of my finger. Didn't have insurance so I was going to self pay. Charged me $765. Had xray taken and noticed sign indicating xray services would be billed separately. Went back out and asked receptionist what the $765 was for. She said hospital services. What service did the hospital provide? NOTHING. They billed me for taking my money. WHAT A RIPOFF ORGANIZATION.
This was about one year ago. I called the ambulance and took me to the hospital cause I couldn’t feel my knee once I got to the hospital I was asked to take an MRI and the doctor there said that he couldn’t that he wasn’t allowed to. they took some x-rays and they said I did not have anything When I really had a torn meniscus. Had to go to Tucson. They treated me very bad at that hospital when my meniscus tour I was going to baby shower and I was very well dressed. Maybe they thought I dressed to go to emergency. This rating is for the Physical Therapy department. They were terrific! Levi, especially, was so thorough and effective throughout my time using their services. Ten out of ten!
