I come here to see the NP Grace. She is wonderful and if it wasn’t for her & Mario I would not be a patient. Both of them are super thorough, consistent, considerate and go above and beyond to advocate for and support patients. Thank you so much Grace and Mario for all that you do! Unfortunately I wanted to choose this as my primary care practice, but after what I have been dealing with it is quite unprofessional. The staff is very nice in the office, but there has been no communication via the one in charge of the billing. they have not attempted to fix the incorrect billing code on my visit. I have been calling to try to follow up but to no answer. Now, my bill has become “outstanding” and the amount I owe continues to go up.
