I would give this place no stars if I could. I tried calling MULTIPLE times and no one would answer. When I finally did get a hold of someone they would send me to another department. Then I tried one last time and when the front desk told me she was going to put me on hold, she hung up on me!!!!!! So rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even have the decency to call me back. I have been a patient at Holy Cross Health Center in Gaithersburg for many years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. When I tried to schedule an appointment, the receptionist refused to book it, stating that I had not returned some paperwork. Instead of prioritizing my health, she denied me care altogether. On top of that, I was denied a prescription refill for a medication that I have been prescribed through this office for years.
