They don’t respond to calls AT ALL. I will be filing a complaint about this to the maryland health department! This is extremely unacceptable and it’s happened multiple times. Today was just the last straw.
They don’t seem to prioritize patient care — it feels like money is their main focus.
I would give this place no stars if I could. I tried calling MULTIPLE times and no one would answer. When I finally did get a hold of someone they would send me to another department. Then I tried one last time and when the front desk told me she was going to put me on hold, she hung up on me!!!!!! So rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even have the decency to call me back.
