- long wait times for An appointment, no flexibility in booking. Over the phone with booking they weren’t very nice. - they don’t prepare you for what your appointment entails. Also not very friendly in person, don’t explain things. - you wait and wait and wait during the appointment. It takes a long time.
My mother showed up early for her appointment and checked in, and after 50 min she enquired when she was getting called up. The ladies behind the counter when to check and see, instead of apologizing, they offered my mother another appointment in February. If a person cancels an appointment within 24 hours they are charged. What happens when the front counter personnel screw up, they act like nothing happened and make it the patients issue!

The assistant got me in last minute to see Dr. Paul before a long weekend. Very grateful for this! Thank you! Also worth noting I have always had a good experience with their team at other locations, specifically the NW location.
The staff so rude, The girl who was at the reception was disrespectful, my mother was speaking to her with all respect and she was speaking in a rude manner The doctor’s assistant was disrespectful. She was supposed to help people there, but it was the opposite, and she was supposed to talk to people in a good way، They don't work for free, don’t recommend 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
