We have loved Holy Cow in the past. This year the orders were all messed up. Ham is boring and has a weird texture. Not impressed this year at all.

I flew over night to pick up my elk meat from Holy Cow and was praying and hoping it was worth it! Two days later we broke into the sausage and my incredibly picky 3 year old loved them, as did we! Totally worth the flight and drive, these wonderful people make everything with the best ingredients and the best customer service! Thank you to all of you!

I have used Holy Cow for years. Always been great service. This year was a different story. I took some animals there to be processed for customers that had bought them from me. 50% of my customers orders were wrong. I also believe they did not get all their meat back. That statement is based on my past experience on the amount of meat the customer should receive back based on the hanging weight. Will not use again!

Best processor in Western Colorado
