Horrible experience. I now understand why their reviews are so bad. Choose a different airbnb- any other airbnb possible but theirs. I have never in all my years of using airbnb had someone treat me the way they did. After reading reviews about termites and pests, I realize why they are the way they are. Avoid at all costs. The part below about not operating in good faith - 100% accurate.
I rented the Crescent Cottage for a weekend and we had a lovely time & experience! Bren was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the stay and it was easy breezy! Highly recommended.
The owner is extremely rude, condescending and does not operate in good faith. The description & pictures did not match & there were serious pest problems. Instead of apologizing, or offering some sort of reconciliation the owner began swearing over the phone and told us he was not willing to help a former guest now that the reservation had ended.
Holy city vacation rental was a great experience. The rental was exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for. They did a great job communicating and making sure we had a great stay. Overall an awesome experience and I would recommend staying with holy city vacation rentals
Was supposed to be arriving on 9/30/2022, but due to Hurricane Ian our flight was cancelled. They refused to give us any type of refund. That’s bad business and not too trustworthy. Beware if you rent with them
