Really terrible customer service. Each item of correspondence changed what they were asking for in managing the transfer of vehicle ownership from an loved ones estate. I finally got accurate information from another broker. I highly recommend you consider another firm.
I have been with them for 3 years for car insurance and never had any issue.
Dealing with paperwork after the death of my husband. H&H wanted to make me jump through more hoops than any other company or financial institution. We have dealt with them for over 25 years but suddenly we are treated like strangers. What a horrible way to treat customers! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
