I met Dr Justin Holtzman this past June..He was personable,friendly & knowledgeable to my needs! It's too bad that their Weymouth office is closing ,as Brookline is too far a drive :( Great PCP's are difficult to find these days.
First and foremost I must say my birth name is Cierra, preferred name Cassidy. Second I must say that after getting abused by my old primary care after a car accident I had in 2022, nobody else took my insurance at the time. He helped me get the physical therapy I needed. However I am on Medicaid, meaning I can’t find a doctor that will take my insurance. However they closed the Weymouth office and now I’m not sure if I’m out a doctor or not. At first this place was a nice experience, I received a bunch of needed referrals and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Not long after I got my referrals I called each one (was told I would be contacted in a few days, none of them ever did) only to find out they don’t take my insurance. Why would a PCP/admin not care to see if their patients referrals are in their network? Had an appointment with Elizabeth Eddy and she was fantastic! Heard all of my issues and worked with me on solutions, gave me options for referrals as well! All in all a fantastic first visit and I am very happy to have this location as my PCP!
