We have used Holtzclaw Herrmann Real Estate on several occasions and as our property management company and I highly recommend them. It's upsetting that Mr. De Anda would leave a negative review about his experience with Holtzclaw Herrmann. When Mr. De Anda moved out the $900 deposit he initially paid didn't come close to covering the damage to the house and the trash left behind. I'm sure that's why he never asked for his deposit back nor left a forwarding address.
I rented a house for 6 years with them. No problems. Gave notice to move out. No problems. 2 years later tryed to use them again. All of a sudden we were bad tenants left the last house a wreck.etc. said I owe them. I moved in giving a deposit and never got a dime back. My deposit should of covered any clean up fees needed. I do not recommend them for anyone's needs of renting or buying.
If you want them to sabotage the selling of you home these are the people to call. I had a potential buyer for my home and Tracy Wright told him to not follow through with his verbal contract because his company hortzclaw Herman had been sued years ago by the townhouse organization. His company getting sued has nothing to do with this man buying my home!!!
