I’ve been a plumber for many years. Could figure out why after installing a holts soft water system I had no soft water. So called holts up they sent a technician over right away not only did he find the problem he actually taught me something. It was my plumbing not the unit. I’ve been installing these units for 2 years now they are incredible easy to set up and Jeff holts and Dallin really went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you guys.
My wife has a sensitivity to chlorine so Ray recommended a Waterdrop under-sink filter. I installed the filter myself, and it was easy to do. Replacing the cartridge is a simple as lifting a cover, pulling out the cartridge, and putting a new one in. Great product, great staff, awesome price. I'll be a customer for life!
My wife and I are new homeowners, and aren’t currently able to afford a soft water, or an RO system; but we had to do something about our mineral heavy hard water. My condo came with a Holt's Titan VI softener. I love when a company stands by their product after sale. They engaged meaningfully with me on how to properly maintain the appliance when I sent an email. I'm not a softener expert, but it does a fantastic job leaving no spots.
