I got my water system a few years ago. Recently a warranty was honored. I'm glad I chose Holt's. Absolutely the best price and customer service.

Customer service is fine. But water softener does not work any better than my 25 year old softener. I get water spots on dishes and soap dies not suds up. They tested it it shows it's soft. My conclusion it's not removing enough deposits
