I have two puppies that are not quite potty trained yet. My rugs had stains and bad odor. I contacted Joshua for a quote and was able to get back to me in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with him and he showed up right on time. My rugs look and smell like new! Quality service and top notch customer service, what more can you ask for?! I love Holt's carpet care! I have used them for several years. They are professional, efficient and have the best of customer service. Last Nov. my son had a traumatic fall in our bathroom and gashed his head. There was blood everywhere including ground into the carpet by rescue personnel. I called Holt's early the next morning to see if they possibly could clean the carpet before my mother arrived from back east later that day. I have been using Holt's Carpet Care for about 5 years and I would not think of using another firm to clean my carpet and tile. My carpet was badly soiled, but Holt's made my carpet look brand new. Host's, Always do a great job while providing excellent customer. service.
Holt's Carpet Care have been cleaning my carpets for over 7 years now. They have always done an amazing job I have never been disappointed in how my carpet look and smell (I have 2 large dogs), when they are done and they have the best prices. I would highly recommend this company, Josh is always so nice and friendly and always on time and always does an amazing job. If you want your carpets done right this is the place.
