My experience there was awful. I watched so many people get ripped off and taken advantage of for almost a year. The owner talks to his employees and customers like crap. I don’t know why anyone thinks this is better than the dealership. The parts are 97% after market. The mechanics on the other hand are great. Especially mason and Robert! Customer service is at a 0 24/7... Do your research before choosing this place.
RecommendedVery friendly and extremely knowledgeable people. I got their # from a customer at Herrin Gear BMW. He was buying a relay switch for his car but highly recommended Holton for any work that needed to be done. I called Sat and they let me go ahead and have my car towed to them although they were closed. The owner was extremely nice and definitely knew BMW'S. Friendly service and fast!
Great service great people. Their late night drop off service has been a life saver when a belt broke and I needed to have it towed on a Saturday night.
Can't go wrong with Holton. Most extensive knowledge of top imports and fair treatment.
Only people I trust to do a job right. I haven’t been anywhere else in years.
