UPDATE: revised my review from 2 to 4 stars. The flower shop responded to my review and offered a replacement bouquet. Unfortunately, I was not able to respond sooner so did not follow up but appreciated their reply. I was the recipient of a bouquet and just over 24 hours after delivery and the flowers are wilting. Such a disappointment. The two stars are for presentation which was lovely and the delivery person nice.

I cannot recommend this florist more highly. My wife and I happened upon their shop by chance while visiting Port Hope. The staff were kind and friendly and the shop is beautiful with a wide variety of flowers. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped us put together a personalized bouquet of flowers that are not readily available at the average flower shop. We hope to visit again soon!
