I’ve been going to Holt Fitness for my recovery for several years now, and I can’t say enough about how caring and professional Safire and Jack are. Holt Fitness is the ideal recovery center for anyone who is serious about keeping their body in top shape to pursue athletic passions. I’m nearly 41 years old and still playing full-contact rugby—something I couldn’t do without the exceptional care of Safire and Jack.
Great vibes and a solid cold tub with jets. I believe the water was 39-40 degrees!! 7 minutes on my first try! 🙌🏾
