I have serious circulation and swelling problem with my left leg and lower back pains and ever since the first visit I’ve had noticed a huge difference with the circulation and swelling and pains in my lower back and leg. Awesome facility and friendly staff who know their stuff and will take care of you. Had a mobility/recovery session with Rak, who's super knowledgeable and felt instantly better. Always a great time when I come here for recovery work. Easy and accessible parking as well.
My husband & I have been seeing Safire for the past 6 years, and the experience has been literally life changing. Our 16 year old son who plays tennis, has also recently been seeing both Saf & Rak for his recovery. We’re so thankful for the HoltFit family.
