Better wood, and greater selection than expected. Had to come here specifically for siding that was in short supply everywhere else I checked. Heard nothing but good things from others who brought them up.
Lady in accounting doesn’t know how to set up a tax exempt account. She tried to tell me all contractors pay sales tax there and the is a special sales tax on lumber and nails that can’t be taken off. Then she said she could refuse sales tax application for certain companies. I will be contacting true value corporation about the discrimination to my company. Very unprofessional and she hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
The lady in accounting was supposed to to set up an account for my company. When setting up the account I noticed I was still being charged tax. When I inquired about this problem I was told that she would not approve me for tax exempt even though all my paperwork is valid. She told me to use Home Depot or the other supply houses that take a tax id. Other companies have accounts set up with tax exempt there.
