I really miss when Gloria was the receptionist, the treatment that I just received from the new receptionist Patty was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there. I was already late to pick up my children as their daycare closes in 15 minutes and she was yelling at me as I was walking out the door DEMANDING for a payment when I've been going there for almost a years and it's never been an issue before. Definitely do not appreciate the disrespect.
Dr holt has been doing mine and my families teeth my whole life. Him and his staff are so fantastic, they always do a great job guaranteed. I had a lot of anxiety growing up and they handled it like a pro. -Melissa
