Well, my garage door is insulated, and I can truly feel the difference! Went out there afterwards on a 90°F day around 1230 and it felt maybe 80°F-82°F. Amazing what an eight-to-ten-degree difference can make when I'm in there. Did a couple of projects and it was so much more comfortable.
