I recommend Jeff and his company, they did a fabulous job.
We have had more snags with a new construction project in this current building explosion (biggest one our inspectors say they've ever seen in Knoxville) than I could detail if I wrote for hours straight. Very few of the subs are ones I could recommend using, but it seems mostly related to them all taking on more work than they can follow through with WELL in a timely manner.
