In the middle of this current heat wave, I was in need of general maintenance, but also problem-solving of an old unit. Knowing that most contractors have their existing clients who they are focused on, I had trouble getting anybody to respond. John did quickly and within days was at my house, troubleshooting, advising and educating. I have a lot of confidence as I do move forward with replacing a unit.
