We have mixed feelings about Holt Homes. We have been pleased with their customer service. The employees have all been kind. As far as quality goes, this is our 6th new home purchase, we feel it could be better. Quality is pretty much what you would expect feom a track-home builder. A few minor issues and a few not so minor issues. While our floors look beautiful they are not the best quality and we have been fighting seams that catch our shoes/feet for the past 3 years. I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Glades at Green Mountain by Holt Homes, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The team was exceptional, providing top-notch customer service and answering all of my questions in a timely and professional manner.
