I had a root canal from Dr. Holt. She was extremely good at a course of treatment to resolve my issue minimizing my pain and anxiety level. Unlike other Doctors, I have had two follow up appointments, free of charge to monitor my progress because of a unique condition with on of the tooth roots. She did a great job and she has a first rate staff!!

Dr Holt has retreated a previous root canal for me and done four teeth on my husband after a traumatic accident. She is very competent, has the most updated procedures and equipment and is painless as well as compassionate and kind. To top it off, Dr Holt is a very good singer! I've never recommended any other endodontist.

Dr. Holt made an unpleasant situation (complicated root canal) as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Her technology allowed her to assess exactly what needed to be done so and I did not have to suffer any additional pain/procedures. She was very caring and detailed in her explanation to me. She and her staff were always friendly and accomodating. I would definitely refer her to anyone requiring a root canal.

I love this woman - she takes the time to make sure us weenies that don't do well with dentist are comfortable. I have to have helcion and nitros because I am that anxious about the dentist. Normally, my prior dentist have given me novacaine while awake and before the sedation kicks in. Not here - I didn't even know that I'd been numbed until I was finished with the procedure. Dr Holt's office was extraordinarily professional and comforting to me. I was referred to her because of my fear of dental work, and her staff (Heather, in particular) was so very nice in explaining various options to me. They always made me feel at ease and kept me comfortable. After three sessions where I was sedated for root canal work, Dr Holt said she felt I was doing well, and she thought I could come in next time for my final session without sedation. A little nitrous, a DVD on the flat screen, Dr. Holt makes a root canal seem like a pleasant vacation. Very sensitive to patient discomfort and quick to add numbing agent at the slightest little twitch of the foot. She has done three root canals for me, I highly recommend her.

I had a miserable experience at this office. Dr. Holt works on at least 2 to 3 patients at once, one time leaving me in the chair gagging for 30 minutes. No one ever checked on me. Most of her assistants are temps and no one seems to care about you at all! Beyond poor customer service, they charge for every little thing and I was never comfortable, having to be reanesthesized a few times because I was getting feeling back during the procedure. My first encounter with Dr. Holt and her staff was positive, however, in follow-up encounters I was talked down to, by her assistant and neither Dr. Holt nor her assistant returned phone calls as promised. She appeared to be a knowledgeable dentist, however, in the absence of prompt and friendly customer service, I decided to go elsewhere.
