This review has been a long time coming… I hate to leave poor reviews, but every time I get a text or bill from Holt, I cringe. We were new to Charlotte and looking for a dentist to do a routine cleaning. I haven’t had any issues with my teeth or cavities since I was a teenager, I take very good care of my teeth and usually have dentists compliment how good of shape they’re in. Every time that I’ve been there, I have been treated like I was apart of their family. I’m treated with care.
I was referred by a friend and forever I will be grateful!! From the moment I walked in I was welcoming from a friendly staff. Amy, the dental asst was awesome and very kind. She was very careful taking X-rays and explain everything she was doing. Not only they have updated equipment but Dr. Holt made me feel very comfortable. Holt Family Dentistry is one of the best dentist offices I've ever been to! They treat their patients with care! They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Their is very nice and filled with the latest technology! I highly recommend them!
