Lady on the phone is rude and dismissive. Called back and the guy on the phone answered all of my questions and was very nice.

Lady on the phone sucks
I needed 5 yards of dirt so called them. It was Mr. Holt that answered. He helped explain what kind of material I needed after discussing my project with him. I didn't know there were different kinds of dirt! He was very helpful giving me tips and suggestions on how to finish my project. He also explained they don't deliver the size load I needed and gave me a reference to call. If I ever need a larger amount I will definitely call Mr Holt.
