I have worked with Holt Concrete Works on several projects now. Their bids are good and they do an excellent job, I would recommend them to anyone.
I got a quote from this company at 4x what the job should cost. Also they have their own telephone number wrong on the business cards they hand out. Their quote was 4 pages long printed on color paper and the drawing was incorrect. Obvious amateurs trying to rip people off in Austin!
