I have been a patient of Dr Holt for many years. He provides excellent chiropractic care and has been instrumental in maintaining my health in general, particularly those back issues.
Dr. Holt not only relieved the back pain I was feeling, he also taught me valuable tai chi stretches that will strengthen my back, fix my posture, and achieve long term changes. He doesn't try to sell you on quick fixes (unless your issue is one) but wants you to experience long term comfort. Plus he has a great sense of humor!
