I've come here a couple of times with no issue, but this last drop off, not only did I not get a call back to pick up my car, I came by the shop at 5:05 on a Friday to pick it up and the entire shop was empty. Not a single soul closing the register, mechanic cleaning up, they had time to prepare to leave at 5 on the dot. I understand it's Friday, but if you had time to prepare to leave, why wasn't I contacted? Went in in a hurry for an Emission Inspection for a fleet vehicle, was out in less than 30 minutes. Unheard of for a fleet account.
Really helpful great price
Staff was rude and not helpful. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes and laughed at my questions. The mechanic said maybe three words to “help” and seemed very annoyed.
