My experience with Holstrom, Block & Parke has been extremely frustrating. I ended representation in June 2026 and have repeatedly requested my complete file, final invoice, trust accounting and information about the release of approximately $108,000 being held in connection with my case. As of July 23, 2026, I have not received a clear response or timeline, despite multiple follow-up emails and escalating the matter internally to the office manager. I don’t recommend attorney Natalie Hollis If you want to lose your case, hire Natalie. Deadlines were missed, communication was terrible, and critical documents were not handled properly. Worst legal experience I’ve ever had. I also filed a complaint to the state Bar
Stay away from Natalie Hollis. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. Communication was terrible emails and calls went unanswered for weeks, and I constantly had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. Important documents were not filed on time, which caused serious damage to my case and financial loss. I felt ignored, stressed, and completely unsupported throughout the process. If you want an attorney who is organized, responsive, and actually fights for you, look elsewhere.
There are no words for the amount of professionalism and help Kristen Holstrom and her team provided me in the most trying time of my life!!! Especially James Chase!!! They took care of EVERYTHING and beyond for me. They deserve more than five stars! Forever grateful!
