The most wonderful medical experience I've ever had. I was treated so well and pampered, I would almost compare it to a high-end spa. But most importantly, the medical care was phenomenal. I don't know what they pay their staff, but they all need a raise.
They care about nothing but money period.
They went above and beyond for my child to feel comfortable.
Good process for surgical intake, free parking, no cafe but a dunkin donuts, gas station, wendy’s across the street. Soda machine in bldg. Good wifi. Tables, chairs, good seating for waiting area. Intake staff nice and answers questions. Minus a star for no cafe coffee in bldg, no info on what maybe available in two nearby bldgs.
I had a full knee replacement done in April and just had left knee surgery Thursday the staff is the best can't say enough about them GOD BESS Them and the work they do thanks James Wyatt just had my shoulder surgery at Holston Valley Surgical Center can't ask for better people the best stuff around
