I had an appointment scheduled I drive all the way to the appointment show up try to check in. It says I have to see front desk. I go to the front desk and the lady is confused on why I can’t check in and turns out they had canceled my appointment without telling me and the woman explained that they had tried to call beforehand, but I never once received a call. To add I had a question before my scheduled appointment about 30 minutes before it and they even told me that I had the appointment and what time it was at as well. ... read more
The female surgeon just typed my pcps last name in and pulled up someone elses brain scan on a hernua consult wo checking name or dob of patient then argued it was my brain scan. She was supposed to look at hernia scans in the abdomen. Cant even check a chart, not cutting into me.
After a traumatic ER experience getting the same procedure done in a different area of the body a year ago, I was so scared to have this done today but both my doctor and the nurse staff were amazing in helping me stay calm. The doctor communicated well knowing I was nervous and the whole experience has resolved the absolute fear I had of getting this procedure done. 10/10 one of the best experiences I’ve had with healthcare. 💕💕💕
