Scott and Geral came in clutch by quickly responding to a service call which allowed my outdoor fireplace project to remain on track without any timeline disruptions. Quality service and very personable and respectful team members!
I had complained earlier about propane price increases after they bough USA gas in Dalton. I was mistaken. THe price has actually gone down 0.40$ per gallon since they took over. I also complained that my friends who work there have really bad employee contribution insurance. This isn't really a reflection on the people that work there as every encounter I've had, whether where I pay the bill, the delivery, or on the phone has been perfectly professional. Poor communication - actual price was higher than the invoice. Called to have our emergency tank refilled. The office staff did not follow through on securing a delivery date. After a week’s delay a driver showed up (un-announced on a weekend) and filled our tank. When I called to pay, the price per gallon was nearly 50 cents per gallon higher than our invoice. Great service and great customer service
I'm disappointed in the company. I had USA gas before. They treated they're employees well. Holston bought them out. My friends that work there have only one insurance plan available and it has 4000$ deductible. They pay for nothing until you have come out of pocket 4K$. They can not get their medications because of this company's greed. You can't blame the insurance company because this is the plan Holston gas chose for their employees.
