A few weeks ago I had a Holston Gases (HG) employee trespass onto my property. I had a house guest that informed me that there was someone messing around with stuff on my property. I went out and confronted the guy and he didn't give me a name but did say he was from HG. I told him I had not asked for him to be there and had not been informed he would be there to which he replied "you're a HG customer aren't ya?" with my response being "not anymore" and then I told him to leave. We had a tank install that cost over $500 in 3/26. We ended up having a leak a few weeks later. They told us we cut our bolt and charged $100 service fee to repair. Wouldn't recommend this company.

This company is rude as heck. I called order gas today because I'm almost out, they said it would take 5 days for a driver to get out to me. I have been using this company for years. So I call around and find blossman gas and they could get a driver out to me today. So I called back and canceled my order, I was super nice and wasn't gonna even tell them why I was canceling but they asked and this young girl hung up on me before I could even get what all I was saying out of my mouth. I will never buy from them again.
