I really like living at Hilliard Towers but recently the rats are taking over the outside of the buildings at night time.. They are running rampant in the kids playground and in front of the buliding entrances. A rat came within inches of running over my foot in front of the 2030 building as I walked by the other night and another was waiting for me at the entrance of the 2031building. Depressing and frustrating. Other than that, its a great place.
