My daughter took her little girl her to be spayed, biggest mistake she ever made. They botched the surgery and had to reopen the incision to stop the bleeding, she now has an incision from her vulva to breast bone. Today she took her back to have her sticky removed only too discover that the incision had not healed. She chose this vet because of all the positive reviews and it turned into a nightmare. Dr. Shrum is a caring and competent veterinarian. She has been our family Veterinarian for 8 years and we have had only positive experiences. When we needed to put our 20 year old cat to sleep Dr Shrum was amazingly professional and incredibly kind and compassionate toward my grieving daughter. The staff members are kind, knowledgable, and know us by name. We now live in Omaha, but still run the animals back to Blair for the amazing care they receive at this clinic.
