The rudest property management company in the area. The maintenance team is awful, any request you have is the biggest inconvenience to them. If you don't want to be respectful to tenants and actually fix things, maybe you should get a new job. Management side isn't any better. If you express any concerns or dissatisfaction to them, they instantly get defensive. Stay far far away from them.
Great company to rent from! Very quick to communicate back and takes great care of their properties.
I have had a maintenance request go unanswered for a month. Do not rent from Holstein.
It was such a pleasure to rent from Holstein! We loved living at the Gateway Place apartments. Everyone at the office was super responsive and friendly. If I ever move back into the area, they would definitely be my first pick to rent from again.
