A product/company is only as good as their customer service... The folks here are top notch.. From setting up each device, trouble shooting, tech support and sales.. they are THE BEST IN THEIR FIELD. When people ask me who we use for asset tracking, I'm happy to say RMT. -kb
I ordered a SmartTracker, it comes with absolutely no written instructions. Ordered the starter interrupt relay. The site states "with minimal wire connections", it comes with absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS! Just product with a bunch of wires. What good is minimal wires with no instructions. AAAHHHH!
